Symptom
A Cat9200L running 16.9.2 can crash on executing "show tech"
Conditions
Either executing "show tech" or redirecting the output to a file "show tech-support | redirect flash:SW_show-tech"
Workaround
To not execute "show tech" and also to not redirect the output to a file "show tech-support | redirect flash:SW_show-tech"
