Syslog showing different Serial Number after FAN Tray OIR compare to show inventory in NCS 560.

"show inventory" command showing "Chassis Serial Number" but syslog showing "PCB Serial Number".
"show diag" command can be check the Serial Number of both the "PCB" and the "Chassis"
