Symptom
After upgrading the WLC image from 8.10.130.0 to 8.10.151.0 2802 APs with WIPS module starts crashing in WPCD code during AP join process .
>> From the debug output the AP joins the WLC .

Conditions
APs have WIPS module installed and WLC image is upgraded to 8.10.151.0
Workaround
The issue occurs for monitoring mode APs only. If possible convert the affected APs to serving mode .
