Symptom
Internal PXE of LC failing due to Timeout waiting for image installation to complete
Conditions
1. Executing iPXE from sysadmin:
hw-module location bootmedia network reload
2. For all nodes in the system
3. Sometimes will trigger failure
4. observed on fully loaded 8 slot or 16 slot chassis
Workaround
LC automatically recovers by doing an extra reload
