Symptom
Unable to see slot 3 for NCS-57C3 systems using mpa_mgr_show_fpga_flash -h shell command.
Conditions
In NCS-57C3 systems slot 3 is missing mpa_mgr_show_fpga_flash shell command.

Further Problem Description
In NCS-57C3 systems slot 3 is not visible throug h mpa_mgr_show_fpga_flash shell command. Due to this version of MPAFPGA cannot be checked.
