Symptom
Headend router not able to compute SRTE policy on an interarea arquitecture, no PCE to compute end-to-end path, SRTE policy useing a flex-algo constraint and with Remote FA SID being leaked via ISIS
Conditions
Issue can be observed with the following conditions:
1- interarea setup
2- no PCE to compute end-to-end path
3- SRTE policy uses a flex-algo constraint
4- Remote FA SID is leaked via ISIS
