Symptom
-vManage may report that a template push on a newly on-boarded device has succeeded even if the pushed configs causes the device to lose control connection.
-During that time, vManage will be running the task and confirm that the device has implemented the changes.
-Also it would show the device on vManage dashboard as "in-sync".
-vManage should instead complain that the template push has failed and/or show the device as out-of-sync as it was on the previous releases.
Conditions
-Running 20.3.2.1.
-Pushing a device template that may cause the control connection to go down on the edge device (Ex: giving the wrong ip address on the transport interface).
