Symptom
WLC Device sending 'in progress' status while making tunnel 10 down in the WLC device.
Because of that the critical alarm message show as EoGRE tunnel status changed to ‘in progess’ Gateway ‘Tunnel10’ with gateway IP ’10.195.19.129’
But customer expecting as EoGRE tunnel status changed to ‘DOWN’ Gateway ‘Tunnel10’ with gateway IP ’10.195.19.129’
This values are coming from the trap sending from the WLC Device to the prime
Java souce code file attached for the reference.

Workaround
IF THE DEVICE SENDS Down then in the prime it shows as down content in the alarm message. all in hands of trap information sending from the device
