Symptom

Power supplies (including, but not limited to: NXA-PAC-650W-PE or NXA-PAC-650W-PI) could be seen reported as shutdown on N9K-C93180YC-EX device as per "show environment power detail" command. At the same time the device continues to operate normally even with all the inserted power supplies reported as shutdown. Conditions

The trigger - under voltage fault - low input voltage. Once we got into this state, we can see the PSU status as shutdown but PSU is still performing normally.

Workaround

For recovering - following steps are required. 1. Power status was back to be normal(ok) by PSU OIR(with power source cable connection) 2. However, sometimes this issue was not recovered, in this case, following steps were required: - Disconnecting power source cable from PSU - Removing PSU from chassis - Connecting power source cable to PSU - Inserting PSU to chassis
