Symptom
ISE Smart Licensing Customers who already uses QuoVadis Root CA 2 signed certificates will continue to work and trusted by ISE/CSSM till it get expires. Only new IdentTrust Certificate will not be supported till it gets incorporated into ISE SSE certificate store.
Affected versions of ISE,
1: Will not be able to enable ?Cisco Support Diagnostics? under
Administration > System > Settings > Network Success Diagnostics > Cisco Support Diagnostics > Cisco Support Diagnostics.
2: If already enabled File upload feature will not work.
Conditions
When IdenTrust certs are used.
Workaround
No Workarounds.
Planned to have fix in 2.7 and 3.0 Patches to support new IdenTrust certificate.
