Symptom

ISE Smart Licensing Customers who already uses QuoVadis Root CA 2 signed certificates will continue to work and trusted by ISE/CSSM till it get expires. Only new IdentTrust Certificate will not be supported till it gets incorporated into ISE Smart Licensing and CSSM. Affected versions of ISE will be unable to register with the Smart Licensing server hosted by tools.cisco.com.

Conditions

If the new ldenTrust certificate is used for smart licensing or registering with CSSM.

Workaround

No Workaround Planned to have fix in 2.x and 3.0 Patches to support new IdenTrust certificate
