Symptom
vManage is pushing invalid configuration "no shutdown" to the Service-Engine interface in ISR 4k. This is causing the template push to fail and the device remains out of synch in the vManage. Configuration via template is not possible.
Conditions
1. vManage is pushing config as shown below:

Workaround
