Symptom
Customer has an AP 2800 running with dual 5Ghz radios in CAPWAP mode with WLC 8540 8.5. UE doesn't switch from macro to micro cell when RSSI is higher than the default -55 dBm threshold. UE supports 802.11v.
Conditions
Issue has been reproduced running on AP3800 and WLC 3504 8.10. UE is iPhoneXR, iPhone8, Mac Laptop, Google Phone, Samsung Phones. All of which support 802.11v.
