Symptom
On ASR1009-X Chassis with dual ASR1000-RP3 cards, following error logs will be seen at bootup with IOS XE 16.12.x code:

show inventory output is incomplete, hw revision and S/N are missing:
E.g.
NAME: "Fan Tray 0", DESCR: "Cisco ASR1000X FAN Module"
PID: ASR1000X-FAN , VID: , SN:
Conditions
ASR1009-X, dual RP3 engines running IOS XE 16.12.x
All 6 PEMs are installed (before the system is rebooted). Above error messages will be seen after reload
Workaround
Fantray OIR always clears the errors immediately
Further Problem Description
After system is booted, "System shutdown will occur in few min" is wrongly displayed but the router is not going to shut down and will continue to function normally
