Only OSPF multipod is impacted due to this issue where Faults & operation data population is not happening in the Data modeling engine
Symptom
This issue is only observed with Cisco ACI Multi-Pod Infra OSPF B2B links. When B2B OSPF link goes down, the faults for the multiPodDirect instance will not be raised. Also, the Oper for the multiPodDirect instance will not be updated in the DME DB.

Conditions
Issue is only observed with Cisco ACI Multi-Pod Infra OSPF B2B links.
Workaround
All the oper data for the Cisco ACI Multi-Pod OSPF instance can be fetched from the show command.
Show commands will work with backend data and hence will work in VSH mode: vsh -c "show ip ospf nei vrf overlay-1" or vsh -c "show ip ospf nei vrf "
Faults will not be available for the multiPodDirect instance.

Issue is only observed with Multipod Infra OSPF B2B links - When B2B OSPF link goes down, faults for the multipod will not be raised. Also the Oper for the Multipod instance will not be updated in the DME DB.
Here the Oper update which takes care of the operational data as well as the faults in the APIC are not getting updated as OSPF process has become multi-instance support in ACI
