Symptom

Prime Infrastructure's SNMP trap handlers may fail to process ciscoLwappMobility traps from a Catalyst 9800 wireless LAN Controller, so those traps will not become alarms.

Conditions

This was observed in Prime Infrastructure 3.8.1.

Workaround

At this time, there is no workaround.
