Symptom
CUBE is registering with provider using tenant config.
"outbound proxy" command with "reuse" option is configured. When CUBE re-registering successfully, it stops forwarding outgoing calls with 500 Internal Server Error

Workaround
Remove "reuse" option in "outbound proxy" command.

Though the registration is successful, the call fails with "CUBE not registered with registrar."
