Need to make sure AP-COS crash files are printing complete information

Conditions

Almost every crash files(kernel panics) coming out of 9130 and 9120 platforms on the latest code trains seem incomplete without version or platform info. Need to standardize crash files across platforms so decoder tools like smart decoder can function and automation tools like BORG can help automate defects

Workaround

Download the crash file directly from the AP, instead of from the WLC.
