Symptom
The upgrade process from 16.12.4 to 17.3.2 takes several hours when using a large configuration. The router will not be accessible during this time. The upgrade process will complete successfully but will take several hours to complete

Upgrade from 16.12.4 to 17.3.2
Workaround
Use a smaller staging configuration when doing the upgrade. Upgrade the router to 17.2.3 code. Push the operational configuration when upgrade complete
Further Problem Description
The router will hang at the below point and will be un-responsive for a long period of time
