Symptom

Power Devices may be not powered up and be denied with insufficient power messages when there're available power shown in output of "show stack-power budget" PoE_Avai power and Sw_Avail

Conditions

This symptom is observed when all the following conditions occur: C9300 switches do not share power to the Ring Stack-power to power up PDs on other switches if the switch PoE_Avai are: + For 30W system C9300P: PoE_Avai =< 32W + For 60W system C9300U: PoE_Avai =< 62W + For 90W system C9300H/C9300X: PoE_Avail =< 92W
