ELAM for unknown unicast doesn't indicate flood in VLAN/bridge domain
ELAM for broadcast and unknown multicast indicates MET ptr 0
Conditions
L2 unicast flow for a Destination MAC not known/learn on the switch
Frames destined to broadcast or unknown multicast MAC
Workaround
Refer to ELAM full report for FLOOD|MISS bit set:

With this fix, L2 flood (BUM) would have following indication in ELAM brief report:
