Symptom

Install operation does not error when using corrupted tar file as a source.

Conditions

On LNT platforms. When using a tar file as a source, and the tar file itself contains a tar file (with suffix .tar) that has been corrupted, then the operation continues ignoring the corrupted tar file. It is expected to error.

Workaround

Note that the behavior indicated is the same as if the corrupted internal tar file was any other file that is not an RPM or tar file.
