Symptom

telnet and traffic not optimization after upgrade the CSR1k to CSR8k and also CSR8k to CSR1k

Conditions

doing upgrade the CSR1k CSR8k when appnav xe cluster in active

Workaround

delete active appnav xe cluster and recreate it
