Symptom
IPv6 LL address is not throttled if it's not reachable even if 'hardware ipv6 glean throttle' is configured
Conditions
- 'hardware ipv6 glean throttle' enabled
- static route pointing to not reachable next hop, which is forcing neighbor discovery
- next hop should be LL address
Further Problem Description
Non-working scenario:
ipv6 route Vlan688
Next hop LL address is not reachable.
In that case there is no matter if ipv6 glean throttling is enabled or not, this LL address will be not throttled at any case.
