Symptom
FMC upgrade fails at 800_post/021_reinstall_sru
SRU install logs at this time show "Unable to find in index 'SID_GID_ORD' for table 'rule_opts'"
Conditions
Upgrade being performed on secondary FMC of a High Availability pair

Further Problem Description
SRU reinstallation step fails with a message similar to
SRU install of ./test.conf FAILED: Rules: Could not delete rule option records in batch SQL at /usr/local/sf/lib/perl/5.10.1/SF/SRUInstall.pm line 664.
Note that if the upgrade is rolled back, an SRU install of a newer SRU is likely to succeed. However, on re-attempting the upgrade, the same reinstall_sru process may fail with the same error.
