Symptom
Traffic may stall at session-timeout (WPA2 rekey).
Conditions
Seen at session-timeout time, with WPA2/enterprise, with a 2802/3802/4800/1562/6300 AP.
Workaround
Increasing the session-timeout will reduce the frequency with which this problem is seen.
Further Problem Description
This problem was initially addressed as CSCvo91525. However, that commit caused a regression problem
with similar symptoms, CSCvw18047. For the 8.10.14x.0 release, CSCvw18047 was used to back out the
original CSCvo91525 fix.
