Symptom
SVL port configuration is removed after configuration change of another SVL ports
i.e
Cat9400#show stackwise-virtual

Removing configuration from Ten 1/1/0/1 , Ten 2/1/0/1 , Ten 1/3/0/2 , Ten 2/3/0/2 , then re-adding same interfaces and reload the switch will remove configurarion from Ten 1/3/0/1 and Ten 2/3/0/1
Conditions
Cat9400 Running 16.12.4
Steps to remove configuration and re-add it will be the following
1.Remove configuratio
2.Redundancy force-switchover
3.Redundancy force-switchover again to delete configuration from both switches
4.Re-add configuration
5.Reload the Stackwise Virtual with redundancy reload shelf
