Symptom
H/W resources - FEC and Encap optimization for l3vpn scenario
Conditions
Currently, one encap and one fec is consumed with 'cef encap sharing disable' for l3vpn prefixes.
This resource consumption is optimized by avoiding encap usage in the cases possible.
Similarly, FEC usage is also optimized.
Workaround
This is not a problem instead this is an optimization for better scalability.
