Symptom
The following Appmgr syslog may be seen on IOS XR routers:
Error Info: 'Appmgr' detected the 'warning' condition 'Docker create failed': Error response from daemon: Conflict. The container name "/" is already in use by container "0ae39a7e4a567f88e7244f1c8bac80119afe9e946508de03134d16e048e0228b". You have to remove (or rename) that container to be able to reuse that name.
Conditions
This syslog may be seen when trying to view an Appmgr application using the CLI "show appmgr application name info detail"
