Symptom

The "Upgrade Process for a vPC Topology on the Primary Switch" and "Upgrade Process for a vPC Topology on the Secondary Switch" sections of the Cisco Nexus 3000 Series NX-OS Software Upgrade and Downgrade Guides does not specify whether vPC peers holding the Operational Primary role count as the "Primary" vPC role as well as whether the Operational Secondary role counts as the "Secondary" vPC role.
