Symptom
Issue scenario:
1. CXP GW is configured with 2 probe interfaces with O365 application (Say IF1 and IF2)
2. The probe interfaces are having 2 separate default routes.
In this case, the DNS requests from IF1 must go out of IF1 only even if there are 2 routes (IF1 and IF2). But with this bug, the DNS requests are getting load balanced between both the interfaces.
