Symptom

SRTE policy counters are not supported for an SR policy with a SID-list of ZERO effective labels pushed This occurs when SID List = 1 x SID programmed as a POP Example: - SR policy with 1 SID equal to local ADJ-SID - SR policy with 1 SID equal to prefix SID of a directly connected neighbor

Conditions

SRTE with an SR policy with a SID-list composed of a single SID which is programmed as a POP

Workaround

For cases involving am SR policy with a single SID of a prefix SID of a directly connected neighbor, operator can configure the prefix SID with PHP behavior disable (exp-null enabled) in order to avoid the "zero" effective label trigger
