Symptom
DHCP offers (broadcast) may bounce back between VTEPs in VXLAN Fabric environment
MAC flaps on downstream switches as DHCP offers are reflected back towards the client
Conditions
VXLAN Fabric
DHCP relay configured on SVI/Anycast GW
DHCP Server sending broadcast DHCP offers in the VLAN/SVI with DHCP relay configured
Workaround
Disable DHCP relay if not in use for given SVI
Remove DHCP server from vlan that has configured DHCP relay
Further Problem Description
DHCP Sup ACL's redirect DHCP packets on local and remote VTEP's and software is bouncing these packets between VTEP's.
This may persist till SVI/DHCP relay isn't brought down on atleast on Source on Remote VTEP
