Symptom
On 8201, a small memory leak can occur after a port is unshut, and then shut again within a small window of time.
Conditions
On 8201, on port 24 to 35, if a port is unshut, and then shut again within 10 minutes, there is a chance that 12 byes can be leaked on the port.
Workaround
do not shut the port within 10 minutes of it being unshut. process restart optics_driver to reclaim the leak memory.
