Symptom
When performing manual NMAP Scan using only 'Custom ports' option, GUI will only display "Manual Scan in progress... " and display fail message in logs.
From profiler.log:

Conditions
Perform manual NMAP scan with 'Custom ports' option selected only.
Workaround
Enable 'Common ports' option along with 'Custom ports'
