Symptom
*The error message observed is pointing to an issue related to not having enough memory available, (less than 50 MB)
*After reviewing several devices with these symptoms, the findings were consistent: having QFP memory availability less than 50 MB is observed in the devices with issues, and the devices that are not presenting the issue, have above 50 MB, (or more), available in the QFP.
*An example of one of the devices:
Type: Name: DRAM, QFP: 0
Total: 268435456
InUse: 221007872
Free: 47427584------------------>Lower than 50 MB
Lowest free water mark: 25825280
This can be reviewed with the command: show platform hardware qfp active infrastructure exmem statistics
Conditions
Upgrade to SD-AVC Protocol Pack version 50 in ISR4K Family when there are several features using up the QFP memory utilization
Workaround
*There are two possible ways to release memory from QFP:
*Release cache memory---->Can be achieved by reloading the device
*Remove features used on device to release memory
Sometimes the reload of device will be effective but in some other cases will not
