Constant MAC flapping between physical interface and nve1(127.0.0.1) that causes packet loss. also NVE peer 127.0.0.1 is seen in nve peer table: # sh nve peers Interface Peer-IP State LearnType Uptime Router-Mac --------- -------------------------------------- ----- --------- -------- ----------------- nve1 127.0.0.1 Up DP 00:01:40 n/a

Conditions

Issue happen only in Flood and LEarn in VXLAN environment where ISIS packet re received from downstream switches

Static mac addrress entries on a switch
