Symptom
Error message %FED_QOS_ERRMSG-3-POLICER_HW_ERROR: Switch 1 R0/0: fed: Failed to update AGG policer for : code 2 seeing on the logs upon boot up or when the port goes down and up.
Conditions
-Auto QoS configured on the port.
-Port flapping.
-Speed change on the link.
-Switch boots up.
-Input and Output policy applied on the port. Removing and re-adding the output policy triggers the error.
Workaround
No workaround.
Error message is cosmetic, as the QoS policy is correctly installed in hardware.

QoS policy in hardware is installed correctly, no platform errors seeing.
To check if QoS policy is installed on the port, use below command:
show plat soft fed switch qos policy target brief
i.e:
