Symptom
L3 Interface or IGP flaps with mpls enabled. Traffic drop seen after L3 interface flap which is part of other bridge-domain. SIP 700 CLI will not show any discrepancies but with the help of debug we can see NPH as MPLS instead of L2.
Conditions
SIP 700 as ingress LC.
Egress interface in FIB is BVI & Bundle is in same bridge domain. Traffic will not flow to Bundle interface.
Workaround
Flapping the member interface of Bundle-Ether.

Ingress traffic on SIP-700 interfaces
Egress traffic on L2 Bundle interface
Due to SIP-700 L2FIB XID programming issue, it selected wrong outgoing interface and packet dropped on wrongly selected interface's LC.
