Symptom
Identify and show TAM area corruption in the board through show CLI.
The RSP may not boot.
Conditions
Before FPD upgrade on NCS560-4 RSPs, we can check proactively TAM corruption using CLI from sysadmin mode: show control-driver info location .
Seen normally during a power cycle or reload after the IOFPGA is upgraded.
