Symptom
This is an enhancement request to improve FTD upgrade clean up process.
There are 2 type of stats files to be removed:
1) PerfStats files of the form: Year-Month-Day such as: 2018-09-04
2) RNA-Stat files of the form: rna-year-month-day such as: rna-2018-10-14
Conditions
During FTD upgrade if disk space is not sufficient
