Symptom
FTD/FMC SSH/console login shows the following message and doesn't allow access:
/bin/sh: /tmp/klish.fifo.23877.j9R6Gb: No such file or directory
Connection to 10.12.15.56 closed.
Conditions
Seen on FMCv VMWare 6.7.0,
Seen on FTDv Azure 7.0.4
Workaround
Reboot the FMC/FTD.
Further Problem Description
Deployments to the FTD from the FMC may fail with error:
"Error in tempfile() using template /var/tmp/CGroupsProfile_test_XXXXXXXX: Parent directory (/var/tmp/) does not exist"
