Symptom
SNMP stops responding.
firepower# sh snmp-server statistics

The following debug output is seen:
ciscoasa(config)# debug menu netsnmp 4
snmpd is not running, exiting from debug_menu_netsnmp.sh script
Conditions
Cisco ASA running release 9.14.1 - 9.14.1.10, and FTD running release 6.6.0
snmp configiguration changed/redeployed intermittently can cause the issue.
Workaround
In some cases removing the SNMP configuration and re-adding it back can fix the issue.
In FTD scenario: clearing the config and deploying it and then re-adding the config and deploying can fix the issue.
