Symptom
"Client Scan Reports" section under "show wireless client mac-address detail" is always blank.
Conditions
Platform: Any 9800 (Wireless IOS-XE)
Version: Any version up to 17.3
Client Device: Any device OTHER THAN the following Apple devices:
- Any iPhone after iPhone 7 and running iOS 11.0 or higher
- Any iPad after iPad Pro (1st gen, 12.9-inch, 2015) and running iOS 11.0 or higher
Workaround
No workaround. "Client Scan Reports" are only supported for the Apple devices given above in Conditions:
- Any iPhone after iPhone 7 and running iOS 11.0 or higher
- Any iPad after iPad Pro (1st gen, 12.9-inch, 2015) and running iOS 11.0 or higher
Further Problem Description
The "scan-report association" & "scan-report roam" WLAN configurations are not yet supported as of 17.3
