Symptom

Route coming from OSPF LSA without DN bit is seen in RIB with SDWAN down flag. This prevents router from advertising this route into OMP.

Conditions

1. cEdge learned OSPF external LSA with DN bit and installs it in RIB with SDWAN Down flag 2. Next cEdge learns same route, but this time without DN bit 3. The route is updated in RIB, but SDWAN Down flag is not cleared
