vManage will fail to install the UTD engine on the device
Symptom
After upgrading a cEdge to 17.3.1 and if that device had a security policy while updating the template or attaching a new template with a security policy the vManage will try to update the UTD engine to the latest version, while doing so we might get the following error
Failed to install 1/1 lxc countainer (app-hosting-UTD-Snort-Feature-x86_64-1.0.6_SV2.9.13.0_XE17.3). Failed to enable iox within 15 mins. Device is taking very long time to enable iox

Device failed to validate app hosting resource [cpu:50,mem:3145728,disk:1111]

vManage 20.3
Workaround
Rebooting the router
or
Remove the following directories from the device
cedge#delete /recursive /force bootflash:SHARED-IOX
cedge#delete /recursive /force bootflash:.UTD_IMAGES
cedge#delete /recursive /force bootflash:iox_host_data_share
After doing so we can attempt the installation again.
