The wncd_x processes will show the RSS column constantly increasing:

Workaround
1. Remove unwanted bridge-mode or mesh APs from the network
or
2. Configure 'aaa authorization credential-download ...' command
along with MAC whitelist in local-aaa / radius server
to allow / disallow AP join
