Symptom
The Unknown NAD alarm generated on ISE shows as option to click for more details but when clicked on it, throws the following error:
No Data available for this record. Either the data is purged or authentication for this session record happened a week ago.
Or if this is an 'PassiveID' or 'PassiveID Visibility' session, it will not have authentication details on ISE but only the session.
Conditions
Radius request received from an Unknown NAD triggering an alarm on the dashboard.
Workaround
The detailed report can be accessed under Operation > Reports > Diagnostics > Radius Errors.
Note: Detailed Radius ERROR reports are saved only for 5 days.
