Symptom

When creating a web parameter for web auth and using the IPv4 Redirect IP ADD the WLC creates 2 ACLs with the IP ADD used However, when deleting the web parameter the ACLs are suppose to be deleted, nonetheless, they remain in the WLC and we cannot delete them from GUI or CLI

Further Problem Description

The problem happens when customer manually configures an ACL with same name as dACL and deletes it. After this, the same name can't be used for dACL without reloading the box.
