Symptom
LACP could err-disable port ("Internal-Fail errDisable") upon receiving unexpected LACP state change from partner.
Conditions
Partner makes an unexpected LACP state change during initialization of the interface.
Workaround
Bounce affected interface to reinitiate LACP process.
